Helen J Gallery is a contemporary art gallery specializing in Asian Art. Opened in Summer 2020, it brings the vibrant world of Asia to Los Angeles, providing many Asian artists with their first presentations in the U.S., alongside prominent Asian-American artists. Helen J Park is an avid connoisseur and collector of contemporary Asian Art and has long cultivated relationships with major players in the Korean art scene, the gallery is an extension of Park’s longstanding connections with Korean gallerists and artists. The 4,500 square foot brick and mortar space in the heart of Hollywood also hosts rotating exhibitions, as well as cultural events including tea ceremonies, cooking classes, bojagi workshops and artist talks, fostering cross-continental dialogue, broadening the understanding of Asian culture in the Los Angeles area and beyond.
